Learn how we are transforming corporate events, the audiovisual companies sector, and organizations of various sizes. It is environmentally responsible, focused on sustainability, and a more economical solution. Now that we have your attention, let us introduce you to the AVS PRO Network in detail. Aware of the importance of a greener future, AP | PORTUGAL is leading the redefinition of the sector, positioning itself as an [audiovisual company](https://go.apportugal.com/pages/en/equipment-rental/) that offers a sustainable and innovative approach. The AVS PRO Network combines responsible innovation with quality, without harming the planet. But there’s more to know. It’s a fact: the audiovisual services sector still faces environmental challenges due to the use of large-scale equipment and structures, often transported over long distances. This scenario demanded a suitable solution: to minimize the ecological footprint at corporate events by using local teams and equipment. The AVS PRO Network is the answer for organizations looking to reduce the environmental impact of their events.     **ADVANTAGES:** - **Reducing the environmental footprint**: Local teams and equipment minimize transportation. - **Effectiveness and efficiency**: We guarantee high-quality audiovisual equipment rental services while preserving sustainability. - **Smaller and electric vehicles**: We reduce emissions with greener logistical solutions. Efficiency has never been compromised. It’s not about sacrificing effectiveness. On the contrary, it’s about being more efficient while ensuring the full range of [audiovisual and technical services](https://go.apportugal.com/pages/en/equipment-rental/) necessary to deliver flawless simultaneous interpretation and impeccable interpretation at all types of corporate events. The proposed solution is based on a network concept, opting for local solutions that avoid long distances for transporting materials and professionals. As always, all the audiovisual and technical services needed for a successful event are provided. Without compromising on quality, it is possible to replace a large truck with a small electric van, reducing the distance traveled by hundreds of kilometers. Sustainability and reduction of the ecological footprint, therefore. AP | PORTUGAL has already taken the right step by adopting [VRI (Video Remote Interpreting)](https://go.apportugal.com/pages/en/vri-en/), which allows simultaneous interpretation services to be provided remotely, reducing the need for physical travel. For companies requiring on-site services, the AVS PRO Network perfectly complements this by offering sustainable audiovisual equipment rental solutions.   **More than just a sustainable solution** The AVS PRO Network is more than just a solution for audiovisual equipment rental; it’s also a proposal from AP | PORTUGAL that respects and promotes [ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance)](https://blog.apportugal.com/en/what-is-esg-its-pillars-its-importance-and-how-to-apply-it?hsLang=en-gb) best practices. It goes beyond equipment and logistics, also reaching interpretation professionals, promoting the correct way a company or organization should treat people, both internally and externally. This includes strict adherence to working conditions, health and safety, human rights, diversity, inclusion, gender equality, and anti-harassment policies. **ESG Best Practices:** - Respect for working conditions - Promotion of health and safety - Commitment to human rights - Encouragement of diversity and inclusion - Promotion of gender equality and anti-harassment policies We acknowledge that there is a significant gender disparity in the audiovisual services sector, where most technicians are men. Through this AVS PRO solution, we are determined to highlight and motivate change, promoting gender equality and encouraging greater female participation in the field. The AVS PRO Network is another action that sets AP | PORTUGAL apart in the market. But it’s more than that, as it also demonstrates our commitment to the idea that it’s possible to offer high-quality audiovisual services while adopting an ethical and sustainable approach. It also supports the dynamism of the local economy by utilizing solutions closer to the events. Have we mentioned that 80% of the AP | PORTUGAL vehicle fleet is electric? Yet another example of our environmental commitment. **The message for interpreters** For conference interpreters, the message from AP | PORTUGAL is simple: by integrating the AVS PRO Network, we bring partners into our universe who share the same values of environmental best practices, labor and social responsibility, prioritizing sustainability and partnering with local resources. At AP | PORTUGAL, we are convinced that joining the AVS PRO Network is our vision of a new audiovisual sector, redefined to a more sustainable standard, combining responsible innovation with quality. And we never tire of repeating: without harming our planet.   Our motto? Save in the Present, Preserve the Future.   A motto that, in our view, reflects a firm commitment to providing audiovisual solutions that meet the needs of professionals, companies, and organizations that want a greener future.   **ABOUT US**   [AP | PORTUGAL](https://go.apportugal.com/en) is the expression of service and vision in the fields of communication technologies, event management, translation, interpretation, and audiovisual communication.
